Talking ...and there goes my maidenhead...

Well guys...

I ordered my VERY VERY VERY first gym equipment today and officially lost my gym equipment (ahem) maidenhead... if anyone gets what I mean lol . I bought this cross trainer with a bicycle attached to it - Its funny because I haven't ordered it for the regular reaons i.e. need to lose weight/tone. I've actually bought it to help me with my sleeping, you know, with trying to regulate my sleeping patterns and get out of the catch 22 of insomnia. I'm sooo happy.

This is what my baby looks like == http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Produc...2Btrainers.htm

I'm a poor student and I guess would have wanted something that looks a little more substantial but it will definately do for now. Plus - if I just happen to lose weight/tone thats an added bonus !!!

I hope you're all having a great week!!!

p.s. Lumifan I haven't forgotten about you - I will message you A.S.A.P!!

Awesome! Just make sure you don't exercise too terribly close to bedtime...it'll keep you awake just as much as not exercising will! I know, insomnia is complicated...you'll figure out what works best for your body, though, so you can get the sleep you need.

It makes such a difference to have the equipment in the house! You'll love it.

thanks for your replies guys!!
I cant wait... its arriving on Monday YAAY! Its funny though because in the time its taken for it to be delivered my sleeping has well... quite miraculously... become extremely normal. I'm having approx 6/7 hours a night, and thats solid sleep, no waking up... nothing! So i guess the machine will only help with the sleep and definately help with the burning of calories!
