That's an ambitious goal--so, give it a try, but don't be terribly disappointed if you don't lose that much, OK? If you lost even half that weight, it would be great!

Every little bit counts, so like Jay said don't be disappointed if you don't lose it all by valentine's day. In reality, that day isn't that far away
