I like your name. The 2 on 1 off sounds like a good idea. I have dieted during the week and off the weekend and that seems to work pretty good too. As long as you don't go wild, like you said. I think I will be counting calories.
I'm a 57yo granny who had a heart attack 4 yrs ago. The last year has been very stressful and I found myself stuffing my face out of stress and depression. Needless to say, I've gained at least 30# more
. I have decided enough is enough!
So, here we are. Getting ready to do this is a process in itself. We sold our house last spring and I don't even have a scale anymore, so I too will have to spring for a new one. I'll also have to get a calorie counter, unless someone knows where I could download one online. In the mean time, I'll just cut out the chocolate (auggggg) and junk food. Making up our mind to do it is the first step.
