This morning I weighed in for the first time since I've started my weight loss journey and I lost 8 pounds! I am soooo excited! I've never lost weight before, only gained and gained, so this is a good day for me!
Now if only I can stay on plan today... already had a donut!
A donut won't kill you if you eat small amounts of good food for the rest of the day. Keep up the good work! You already lost 8 pounds, so that proves you can do it!
