I just want to say how much I appreciate all of you here who have the courage to write about your progress in this forum, and how much it means to me and how much you help me stay focused.

Most inspiring is the pictures and stories of women who have lost weight and met their goals. And the pictures are so wonderful! And you all look so great!

I used to think I was a pretty tough person, as in self-reliant and able to face life and hardships as they come. But I don't think anybody is really tough until they have lost 50 or 100 lbs and kept it off. OMG, that is so hard to do, and so many people here have done it! I really admire that kind of commitment. You are role models for me. I only hope I can live up to your example! I want to be tough like you!

I agree with Amanda. There are still times I'm just amazed I'm keeping the weight off! Now, I just have to KEEP doing it!

It's a slerp, which is a mathematical construct used in 3D gaming, which sort of represents my technical nature. For that matter, big boobs represents me too. I'll leave it.
