Plan for 1/4/08

  • I will have to go pay bills and get some food for the house....I plan to get some good food to eat and DRINK MORE WATER. I do not drink enough I need to get more in. I did make the 4 eight ounces today and I will try to get 5 tomorrow....Before I was up to 12 32oz a day to you see the botton I have hit.

    It will be a long day tomorrow and I hope to make it....


    Come on ladies lets see those plans.

  • B - French Toast w/ lite bread and egg beaters
    S - Popcorn
    L - Leftover beef stew from tonight
    S - Protein shake with almond milk
    D - Pork Tenderloin stuffed with laughing cow wedges and roasted red pepper, steamed broccoli, and garlic whole wheat couscous
    S - baked apple

    additional snacks if I need them - 2 clementines
    Exercise - upper body (had no time today) and 60 min on the elliptical or stairclimber.
  • You guys are so great. Making me think about my day! Today I especially need to think because my husband is off work today and he likes to take me out to lunch at In-n-Out Burger. I love In-n-Out burgers! It's really hard to say no to that! So my plan for today is to convince my husband to take me to Jack In The Box instead, and get a southwest salad, and eat half of it, and save the rest for later. Then go to the park and walk twice around the lake. Good plan!

    Walking 30 min(I hope I can hold out that long)I will do that soon
    Water I have already had 2 8oz waters So 3 more to go...
