Here are a few of mine:
Journal atleast 4 things that I'm thankful for every day.
Eat less empty calories, especially sugar.
Keep a food journal - write down everything that I eat.
Don't drink alone, and don't drink on weekdays unless for a special occasion. Have fewer drinks and enjoy them more.
Build a new, better wardrobe.
Get the bingeing out of my life.
