Everyone Weigh in 12/21/07

  • It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone.

    Me: 181.5, up 2.5 pounds from last week. Ya, It hasn't been a good season. Or year, really, since I've ended up pretty much where I started. At least I'm not regaining to my old weight. I guess I'll just try to make a fresh start of it when the new year rolls around. Again.
  • I'm holding steady with 137.5. I guess if i can just look at the holiday season as practice for maintenance....i should go easy on myself. But I will be glad when the holidays are over and i can buckle back down to my eating habits and excersize routine. I just can't seem to get motivated to get to the gym like i should and i can't stop eating just one cookie, or one small slice of cake or whatever the food may be. But....on the positive side, I am coming out of the holidays with NO POUNDS ADDED!!! Yay!!!
  • I went down a pound, at long last, to 147. I don't know whether I listed this last week or not--fuzzy because of a cold.

    Anyway, I'm hangin' in there.

  • 144 - same as last week. This is good.
  • Weighed in yesterday at 130, down 1lb from last week. I know there's a good chance that I'll go up by the next weigh in (because of holiday goodies) but I'm prepared and I'll try not to go too overboard on Christmas. Heck, I'll be ecstatic if I stay the same next Friday.
  • okay....so i was so excited yesterday when i got on the scale and it said 136.0!!!! I could not believe it. It almost said 135.5...but landed on 136.0!! Yay.....i guess sometimes it helps to eat a little more than normal. That's all i can guess. Anyways...i'll change my ticker later but yes!!!!
  • I have stayed the same this week because I have not done much this week. I have watched what I ate but as far as exercise goes not much just trying to clean the house. So I am happy to just maintain.
  • Down from 173 to 171 in the past few days!

    I'm just starting out here, and of course it's the holiday season which makes it ever so very difficult to keep a good watch on what I eat, and the crazy amount of snow and cold is a fabulous deterrent to exercise... looks like the New Year is when I'm going to kick it into high gear!
    But for now I'm going to start plugging away, try to shed a few pounds before I head back to school!
