ok, stood on the scales today and up popped 11st, 7lbs aka 161 lbs!! But I checked a couple of days ago and my weight was as my counter indicated... ive been sick recently so i was wondering that this could be... could it be a bit of dehydration? I havent really been drinking enough...
Most likely it's dehydration--just because it's not possible that you lost that much fat in so short a time--not unless you were doing marathons and not eating for the last two days! So, don't be upset if the scale jumps up a bit again. I like those nice dehydration drops--they give me hope!
