Well I haven't been here in over a month and I really missed it. I did fall off track a few times, but thankfully didn't have a huge gain. I'm ready to get back on track now, so I'm going to try to come here everyday to stay motivated. Even though I haven't been exercising as much as I was before (plan on getting back on track with that tomorrow) I have been keeping up with my walking, so that's good. I'm not going to make a set goal for Dec. I'm just going to do my best, eat right and exercising daily and if I lose a little great, if more that's even better.
