Unhappy Upset with myself

I was silly to believe I lost 5.2 lbs.!!! It was days after a menstral cycle. Discovered my scale is all jacked up had to get a new one because I new battery didn't solve the problem. Decided to accept a fall back and use the weight of the new scale yeah it's not as low of a number as the other one but that's ok..just give me more will power to get back to that smaller number not to bad was only a 4 lb difference! Guess I'm back to square one!

Yes scales are dicouraging and personally I think they tend to be liars - if you feel great and you notice differences in your clothes the scale is just a number and it will catch up with the way your body feels. Keep up the good work!

Scales can be frustrating, but you have lost weight, so I don't think that leaves you at square one! Keep going ^^
