Angie and I usually eat out once a week for "date night" ~ most of the time it is for Italian or Mexican food ~ since my journey started ~ have been eating a lot more salmon and veggies when we go out ~ If we go to a chain restaraunt I try to print out a nutrion list to help me choose ~ Although I personally am not a big Outback Steakhouse fan, I found they do a great job on helping you make your meal "better for you" on their website ~ We order pizza probably every 4-6 weeks or so ~ if we do fast food it is rare...very rare ~ the closet I have been to a fast food joint in 4 months was once for KFC and once for Rubio's Health Mex
Cooking at home takes a lot of planning and prep on my part but I really enjoy it if I have time ~ Angie has the Rachael Ray speed down ~ while I am still reading the recipe and getting all my ingredients out...she is done!
