i love how you act because i do the same exact thing....If someone acts me for my favorite food i would give in without thinking until the time i finish my last bite. I wont say it was a good thing (jk) but i wont say its not a bad thing... it one craving dont be worry i bet your doing an amazing job so far... just think of it as an award instead of a regret if i had pizza right now i would be happy lol...

BTW - one slip-up day is not enough to really hurt you. And if you exercised a lot that day, there is even a chance that you burned around as much as you ate You shouldn't feel guilty... just do better today.
