Me: 174.5, down two pounds from last week. Which is a heck of a lot better than the 2.5 gain from last week, of course, but I was hoping that all of that gain would go away. I know that I haven't been in the 170's nearly as long as I was in the 180's, but I'm already incredibly sick of them. Stuck to good eating habits pretty much all week, and will hopefully have the willpower to do so next week as well. I'll bust through this.
You go Tealeaf!!! YOu'll be out of those 170's before you know it!! I actually saw 143.6 this morning. I don't really count ounces. If i see 144.something...i call it 144. if i see 143.something...i call it 143. so, i'll say i was 143 this morning. Either way you look at it....I saw 143!!!!! on my scale. I am so happy. I have waited 3 weeks to see it!!!!
God must love me because I fell off the wagon so bad this past week and maintained - LOL. Now I can get back on track though since I got it out of my system so to speak haha.
209 just like last week. At least it wasn't a gain!
I just got started with all this three weeks ago. I started at 313.2 and today I'm at 295.2. That's 18 down so far. I feel like I'm bragging too much everytime I say that but dog gone-it I'm proud!! I've still got a long ways to go but it's a heck of a way to start.
I am down one pound which is great, but I am getting mad at myself. I know I need to drop down some more calories in order to lose more weight, I am currently between 1800 - 2000 a day. The problem is that I am happy eating what I`m eating and I don`t wanna take out more calories
I will get over this soon enough. As long as I am maintaining and losing I am happy.
174Due to a few long meetings (for work) I did not get a chance to exercise for 2 days so I need one of theseand some of thisand thisand then I'll be back on track just a small set back.
I don't have access to my scale this week, but I thought I'd come in here and read everyone else's progress, anyway. Lots of good news in this thread today! And to those who are frustrated, just keep at it -- I expect there will be good news in the weeks to come.

Right, I had completely forgotten the weigh in thread here... Uh. Maybe it's time I read some areas of this board more carefully again! *glares at homework*
No loss per se for me, just being finally back to what my ticker actually mentions (after gaining 2, losing 2, gaining 1, losing 1... that kind of stuff... for some weeks). So I guess I now have a good 'excuse' to not change it to reflect a gain.
well this is my first official day on my diet so i do weigh alot!! i am 228!! god thats soo depressing, BUT with all you friendly people on this forum, i can loose the weight!!
