Good morning!

Just for Wednesday I can eat small amounts of good clean nutritious food, walk and do weights for legs.

Just for today: I will eat my fruit and oatmeal. I will take my walk. I will park my car under the trees at work so that I have to walk a little distance to my building. I will do fifty stomach exercises in the car on the way to work ( Don't try this if there is any traffic! - put car in cruise - lift legs just off the floor, repeat 50 times - or more).

gailr42: I never thought of that! I'll have to try that the next time I'm not in traffic.

Just for today I will walk to and from school twice for a total of 80 minutes/2.5 miles. I will forgive myself for not getting up and riding the stationary bike like I intended to. I will drink at least 2 big bottles of water (I did yesterday, woo hoo!). I will eat a healthy breakfast, a healthy morning snack and a reasonable sized bowl of soup for lunch and a reasonable portion of healthy food for dinner. I will not stress out about all the homework I have to do and I will go to bed at a reasonable time even if that means not getting all my homework done. It can wait. Just for today.

Just for today, I will stay on plan for lunch, and I will make the healthiest choice I can for dinner (I just found out that my evening plans will involve not eating a healthy dinner at home, so I have to get something on the go).

I already worked out before work, and had my on-plan breakfast. I didn't listen to the whiny two-year-old inside, telling me I DESERVE A TREAT for going to the gym at 6:00am on a dark and cold morning - news alert! All mornings will be dark and cold until April! ha ha

Just for today....I can do this one day at a time.

For today, I'm going to have a chicken breast salad for lunch, some popcorn for snack, and fish and veggies for dinner. I can do that for today.

I'm going to have to ask DH and DKids to help me get trigger foods (well what hasn't already "triggered" me and been eaten) out of the house for a couple of weeks again. For today, we can do this.

For today, one mile walk before bed. I've had an exhausting few days, but I can walk one little mile to get through today.

For today, I can drink enough water. In fact, I'm heading to the break room right now to get more......

Today I will exercise sometime before I go to bed. I will go to bed early, not with the tv on and hopefully get an actual night's sleep.

I will not eat another pretzel today.

Well yesterday was great - I got my 'tocks out of the door to crossfit and it was FANTASTIC even though I was slightly dreading it, but it was GREAT

I ate reasonably well, and low-calorie.

Just for today I can listen to my body and realise that it would rather take a gentle stroll to the supermarket than go kill itself doing weights and sprints in the gym. Then I will be fresh enough for my kickboxing classes and the Great North Run on Sunday.

Just for today I can resist any birthday cake, or at least partake in the smallest piece. Just for today I can maximise my protein intake to reduce muscle soreness.

Today I'm glad I'm one day closer to the weekend.
Today I've managed to stay solidly on plan with food and will continue to do so the rest of the day.
Today I have not smoked, though tempted and I will not let work stress get the best of me
Today I will exercise

Today, I can do all my meals at home and I can drink my water. I can join my new TOPS group and find out what I 'truly' weigh.
