Default Business Plan for the Body

Hi folks!

LLB, the planning is a real no-brainer. On his website he has meal plans for 1200, 1500 and 2000 calorie days. I just mix and match the selections for a full day.

I'm on the 1500 plan and am getting plenty to eat. He also includes food and exercise logs that are pretty basic but work.

I put into my day planner what I'm going to eat the next day; then if I have something else, I can include that too. At the end of the day, I punch everything into FitDay to make sure I'm on track.

Crone, I agree with you about the sensibility. I've paid out enough money for "snake oil" in one lifetime, and getting back to basics feels very good.

I seem to be losing 2-3 pounds per week.

Have a great morning!
