Oooh, which part? I'm in Huntington.

Wal*Mart WAS carrying a bag (where you get the fried chicken and stuffed chicken) in the freezer section. I BELIEVE it was Banquet brand. It was herb seasoned roasted chicken...100 cals a piece. But they took it out, in favor of more greasy, battered and fried merchandise. ::sigh:: They don't make it easy on us. But Krogers may have it, or something similar. I usually just get the Tyson grilled fajita strips. They're still processed and have more sodium than grilling chicken yourself, but they HAVE to be better than McDs. I think just about anything is better than McDs. LOL

I think with the lack of A/C and that I just love getting out so much in the summer, that I just don't like cooking at ALL in the summer. But in the winter, I will grill large packs of chicken and freeze some. They're more expensive, but if you get the thin and fancy, you shouldn't have to trim anything or deal with them, just season and toss them on the grill. I usually just spray them with I Can't Believe it's Not Butter and sprinkle some Mrs. Dash on them and put them on an indoor grill like a George Foreman. I do the same with turkey and salmon. Then you just pop them in the microwave and it's fast and healthy.
