I have already lost about 12 lbs so far. I was 162 and am now 150. I am constantly having trouble continuing the loss of weight. I need to get down to about 125 to feel back to my old self from years ago.
But I am confused about calories being moderately active most of the time, but during the Winter time I am more sedentary. Should I eat the same calories of about 1200 even on the days that are way to cold to walk around and do errands etc. or just eat much less because I am not really burning too many calories at this time?
Let's see. I started at 208.5, lost 35.5, then gained 5.8 and am at 178.8. So

Lost over 50 lbs and reached 170 in 2014 but then gained about 30 back. Going at it again with IP this time!
