It's very common to have 2,3,4... weeks in a row where nothing shows on the scale, especially when you have already lost so much. It doesn't mean nothing is happening in your body, it just means the scale isn't picking it up. Keep doing whatever you've been doing and things will change again. Don't get discouraged, it happens to everyone.

I hate the scales. They're your best friend and worst enemy rolled up into a little box. They actually have the capacity to totally derail me if they don't say what I want them to and that's not a good thing. Don't get down. Check out your photos again because you look fabulous and the difference is immense. You would look exactly as cute as you do whether you dropped a pound or not. Remember to look at the bigger picture - the body isn't an exact science. It'll come off if you keep at it.

when you've lost a considerale amount of weight which you obviously had...its going to seem as though your not making progress....but dont let it get you down....just remind yourself of how much of a set back it would be if you gave into cravings and ate somthing not so healthy for you!!! Thats my motivation!!! lol Works for me that way!!! But honestly you look great!!! Dont be so hard on yourself......you'll show more progress if you keep it up....you just have to work a little harder now....lol makes no sense i know.....the more progress you make the harder you have to work!!! But congrats on the maintain!!! And you can do this!!! You look GREAT!!!!!

Hang in there, lad! Do something a little different--eat lunch for breakfast, and breakfast for dinner! Walk a different route than before! Go swimming! Just something, or severl things, to keep you occupied until the scale catches up with your real progress!

have you been measuring yourself too? I went for 6 weeks of doing the C25K before any pounds came off, but I had lost big time inches.
I have been tracking myself daily and I have fluctuated by 3 pounds this last week. It finally came back down, so I am sure your will come down too soon!

Oh, I feel your pain... I had a nice 15 pound loss and then... nothing... for around three weeks. I had no idea why that was happening, since I was doing all the "right" things - exercising at least an hour on most days, eating 1,500-1,700 calories a day, and mostly watching what I put in my mouth...
what I did to get things going again was reduce my calories further - instead of having a 1,600 calorie average, I adjusted to a 1,300-1,400 calorie average. the pounds started dropping again! Maybe you should try the same. if that doesn't work, be patient. Eventually, your body will have to match the care you're taking
