Positive!
This is inspired by Mugcandoit's postive new name change!
Go ahead ... post something positive!
I'll start simple ... I'm going for a walk. I love it! Just me and my mp3 out there breathing nice fresh air and moving!

Hmmm - okay! I am having a whole wheat bagel with peanut butter and jam for breakfast - because I WANT to, and because it really IS within my calorie limits!
That IS positive, I promise

I worked out before work again! It wasn't a terribly efficient workout, but I had a headache and was glad I got up and went anyway!

The female AND male colleagues I had lunch with at the office today marvelled about my biceps and forearms muscles. (If that's not positive...)

It's my day off work and while I would love to sit in front of the tv all day, I'm going out into the humidity and swimming laps for a good half hour. I might have to stop and tread water every once in awhile but gosh dangit I WILL get lots of exercise in today!

Something positive? I'm baaaaaack! And I missed you all! And even though there are going to be some tough times ahead for my family, my mental health and my physical health are too important to neglect.
Something else positive? My body does what I tell it to. I just need to be more consistent with healthful stimuli.

Although my weight is still the same, people keep mentioning that I've lost weight. Going to the gym three times a week is working and I enjoy it! Whodathunkit?

Welcome back midwife! You were missed. I really hope your tough times turn out not anywhere near as tough as you think.
Something positive, huh? Hmmm, well let's see. I had my second day in a row of fabulous on plan eating/exercise after my not so fabulous weekend. Amazing how much better it feels to be on plan then off. Really amazing. Yes, I will have some slip ups, but I now am very, VERY confident that I can bounce back fairly quickly and it feels MARVELOUS.
