Are you limiting anything besides calories, like caffeine? How many calories have you cut back to? I don't think you should be having headaches just from calorie restriction.
My allergies are really bad right now. Maybe that's part of it?
You could be sooo right. I've sneezed a few times today. I'm trying to stay around 1500 calories per day. I haven't restricted caffeine. Noooo way....
