Up a pound. Been exercising and staying within my calorie count, but still went up a pound.

Oh well. Not discouraged (well, maybe a little)! On to next week!!

I need to try strength training. Up to 163 again. I know it's because I've been sneaking extra bits of stuff...but I've kept up with my exercise (actually increased it!) and I lost an inch on my waist and off my thighs so I'm moving in the right direction - yay!

I'm with ya sunnigummi...i snuck a peak at my measurements last night and saw what looks like half an inch leaving my mid-section. I told myself i wasn't going to measure again until 7/20, but i just couldn't resist!! Yay for inches leaving the body!!!

At least I'm not the only one this has happened too! It's driving me mad. Maybe by next weigh-in we'll have lost a couple of pounds to make up for it.

I am up 2 pounds this week after returning from my 7 days cruise trip.
I did do a lot of walking on board and in the ports, but could not resist the food.

I weighed in at 59.8 kgs this morning!! That makes it 131.8 lbs, down from 132.7 last week. And was that a tear in my eye as caught as I stepped down from the scale?

Actually it means A LOT to me in terms of kilograms, a lot much more than in lbs, I admit, because 60 kgs was THE mark I've never managed to get under, even though I very well know that scales isn't everything in this journey. That was my "French mini-goal" of the moment (although I have a less-than-130 lbs goal too, but as said, lbs don't mean much to me, I just put them down here because lots of people are from the USA and use this system, hehe). And contrary to what happened in the past, now it doesn't make me feel like I can 'take a breather', but like it's time to remain serious and not dillydally in the land of Denial and Complacency.

And as usual, I just hope it was a good loss, and not lean muscle mass that went away!

Down half a pound (to 257.5). Could be worse. Meh.
But (and more importantly) I was able to squeeze into my 22s. I can't wear them in public yet (pornographic wedgie ), but it still counts. I'm a 22! I met my goal early!

omgosh you're tiny kateconfessional.

I finally lost that darn pound! I'm down to 154 as of this morning - a little less but I can't count ounces on the doctor's scale thingy. I'm NOT gaining another pound. (I hope.) :P

And that makes me pounds to lose less than 30... and I weigh less than 30 pounds more than my boyfriend... which makes me positively giddy.

Talking

Hi all,

I know I'm posting a couple days late but I wasn't around to post earlier. Posting helps me keep myself accountable. I lost 1 pound this week.

Congrats to all the "losers" AND to everyone for working to get healthier!

Mary

Back to posting again after a long hiatus. End of term was AWFUL in terms of food, I was eating huge amounts of crap and couldn't get enough My weight zoomed up 15 pounds in like 3 months!! That's the first weight gain I've had since I started losing 2 1/2 years ago.

Part of that weight may be due to a mysterious abdominal pain condition that's had me in and out of the hospital the past few weeks. All tests come back normal/negative, but my body went completly wacky. But at least the current meds are working.

AND despite the pills have weight gain as a side effect, I LOST 5 POUNDS in the past 2 weeks. I am now 185. Woohoo.

Now to get back in the 170's
