I have a large goal, but I set myself down to mini goals so I don't stress!
I just passed my first mini goal: Fit into a pair of jeans that I was able to last year. Before I started my diet I tried them on and I could barely get them over my butt. Now they fit perfectly.
My next goal is a pair of lovely brown pants I bought that were two sizes to small. It gives you something to work towards.
