Default Does anyone have a small goal?

I'm not thin by any standards but I'm under 150 llbs so I find it hard to lose weight.
Does anyone else have a smaller goal like 10-14lbs?
I wanna know if any of you with smaller goals have any tips?

Yes . I would like to wear a size ten someday. I plan to just keep going as I am. Trying to stay active, eating less than I did before and staying stress free.

I have a large goal, but I set myself down to mini goals so I don't stress!

I just passed my first mini goal: Fit into a pair of jeans that I was able to last year. Before I started my diet I tried them on and I could barely get them over my butt. Now they fit perfectly.


My next goal is a pair of lovely brown pants I bought that were two sizes to small. It gives you something to work towards.

My long-term goal is larger, but my short-term goal is small. I have a halfway goal that I'm now ten pounds away from. Once I lose those ten pounds, I will no longer be overweight.
