Default Sticking to it, 1 more day: Fri. May 25

So I usually count Sunday as my reward day, but some part of my brain wants Friday to be my reward day, so I always fight it on Fridays. If Friday becomes too hard, I will tell myself I can have a reward on Saturday, but nooooo not Friday! (reward=eating out usually) Also, I want to add some trigger foods at the bottom of my posts so I can remember them, and not eat them!

Today

1. Address tasks in planner
2. Excercise however much I can
3. 1200 calories or less, low carb today.
4. Spend 10 min. writing, and 10 min. organizing writing

Goals:
- stick with plan. I did really well yesterday.
- stay on schedule with work
- clean kitchen floor
- go to gym, or go swimming, depending on weather

For today:

1) 1400 cals
2) Week 2, day 2 Cool Running
3) Return resource kit to DNR
4) Take laptop to FedEx to ship it back for repair

My day is just aweful. I walked out with out my breakfast and had to eat a part of a fat sandwich that was left over from the other day. And today we are having our ice cream social. (the good news is, i'm the one picking up the ice cream, I might can buy me a little something lower in fat and calories!!)

But my goal today:

1) stay around 1200
2) excersize one hour (cardio class)
3) return the dvd's.

thats all i got.

Hello there I really look forward to this thread every day.
Today's feeling pretty samo-samo for me though... could just be cuz i woke up at 5am and haven't stopped working since.

Today:
1. Stay on program
2. Squeeze in an hour of cardio (busy day)
3. Don't bark at my mother no matter how annoying she gets.
