Sticking to it, 1 more day: Fri. May 25
So I usually count Sunday as my reward day, but some part of my brain wants Friday to be my reward day, so I always fight it on Fridays. If Friday becomes too hard, I will tell myself I can have a reward on Saturday, but nooooo not Friday! (reward=eating out usually) Also, I want to add some trigger foods at the bottom of my posts so I can remember them, and not eat them!

2. Excercise however much I can
3. 1200 calories or less, low carb today.
4. Spend 10 min. writing, and 10 min. organizing writing
