I'm not quite sure what you meant by your outlook isn't good.

Thanks guys. What we do in my program is we have a chart. The chart has weights on it and then calories burned per minute of exercise and then it also has degrees of exercise (low intensity, medium intensity, medium high intensity, high intensity and VERY high intensity). With my weight, by the chart (now I know it's an estimate), I burn 11 calories a minute with medium intensity which would include brisk walking. I also do aerobics a few times a week. I exercise about 3 hours a day.
Sometimes more depending on if I go hiking and I'm gone for a while or if I go to a park and feel I need to be there a long time since I spent the gas money to get there.
Maybe that clears it up a bit. Again, it's an estimate, but these numbers have been written out after a lot of research. Even if it's not exact, I still know that I'm doing a great job and I know as I lose more that I need to work harder to burn the calories.
I try to wear the same clothes to the meeting every week so I'm sure to get an accurate weight. I'll let ya guys know tonight.
