that is GREAT!!!! congrats. Oh what I wouldn't give to lose 3 pounds in one week. And great job on treating yourself to a foot massage instead of a food reward!! way to go. Besides, the foot massage probably felt better longer than any food item. WAY TO GO!!!
what makes me excited is that my shirts are fitting better. I know it will take a while for my pants to get baggy, but I can deal. People can always tell when I start losing because I lose in my face first.
The foot scrubs DEFINITLIY were a lot nicer. Not only am I trying to become a more healthier me, but also more beautiful by taking care of myself...and that includes my feet!!

Girl...I know what you mean. My face is getting skinner and skinnier all the time. Now if only my pants would start getting looser and looser I'd be happy. If not, I'm going to have the skinniest face with the roundest belly!!!
