Iam 48 yrs old. Weight 159 (lost 3# since 2 weeks ago). My goal is 125.
Anyway I have been reading what you guys eat and I think that I am not loosing weight maybe because Iam eating too small amount.
Breakfast: 1 cup low fat cereal w/ff milk
cup decafeinated coffee w/ff milk
mid-morning: 1 apple or watermelon or any fruit
Lunch: ww food (the lowest that they in fat and calories) carrot sticks, water o diet coke (most water) and another fruit.
Dinner: Whatever I cook (in a very low fat.) like Rice, chicken, a piece of bread sometimes veg. That's it. I don't have any snack after dinner or before I go to bed. Iam not in any specific diet, just follow ww points, the intake of fat etc. I only exercise M & W from 6-7. (For 48 yrs old, 159 pounds, how many points do you thing that I should use a day? thank for all your help.
