Default I am ready..... Pic included!

I was looking through some old pics of me from when I was thinner and I have to say that I actually got a tear in my eye.. I was about a 120 lbs smaller than I am now. You can tell. While I was looking through them.. I was like.... "Oh yeah, I'm ready." I have done well the past couple of days but now I feel a little better about it.

Here is a pic of me and my rommate. It's only my face however I will post another one that shows more of me later. Gotta take the pic..

I relate! I feel like #*@&$& when I look at my pics from a few years ago

That being said, a beautiful woman doesn't lose her beauty just 'cause she gains weight! (Big booty does not = no more beauty!).

I know exactly how you feel, though my numbers aren't as big. It'll get better as you slim down and start getting closer to your old weight :] I had to renew my driver's license a few months ago, and when they asked my weight, I gladly gave them the 127lbs when I saw that my high school weight was 124lbs :] Good luck! Hurry up and get the photos up!!

I totally agree with that statement! You ARE beautiful, fantastic smile and gorgeous skin. That picture can be a great motivator to stay on track. I had a picture of me at a smaller size that I taped to my refrigerator. It helped keep me AWAY from munching.
Good luck!

Okay, I had to laugh with "Big booty does not = no more beauty". That was cute and all of what you said is very wise. It is going to be my mantra from now on. We do need to believe that we are beautiful, both inside and out. It's hard when most of society says that being overweight is unattractive. But we ARE beautiful!

Ok.... STILL at 160 lbs. Ugh. This PLAT-TOE is gett'n on my last nerve. But I'm still whitt'lin away at it... adding more veggies.

BTW, here is me currently (on the left) - see the difference 30 lbs can make? Geez... my thighs make me wanna hurl! Oh well... it's a work in progress, eh?

Cool..personally..i hate tybee..lol sorry i grew up in the panhandle of florida where the ocean is crystal clear and the sand is white and tybee pales in comparison...i only go to tybee in the winter. I like the sound of the ocean..but won't swim on that beach...yes i'm spoiled by growing up in pretty beaches. LOL. you going to the beach bum parade tomorrow? LOL.

Okay, enough with the negative self-talk, Ladies!

We need to re frame the way we speak and think about ourselves in order to move on and elevate ourselves!

I agree with SoulBliss! Yes, we all want to change--I wasn't happy with how I looked, either--but let's instead look at all the strengths we have that will help us to get there!
