  • It's time again for this week's 3FC super special official weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join. Just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, all!

    Me: 178.5, up .5 pounds from last week. Not great, but better than the four pound gains I've been seeing lately. It's a bit discouraging to see that I'm exactly where I was at the beginning of March. I don't know why I seem to be having such problems with the 170's. Maybe it's purely mental, or maybe my body thinks I'm trying to starve it to death! Well, whatever, I'm not giving up.
  • I lost 0.5 this week, not too shabby after a) a 4lb loss last week, b) my run-in on friday night with a kitchenaid mixer full of homemade buttercream frosting c) a couple slices of swiss chocolate cake with even more icing..lol
    After all it was my ds's birthday..lol It's all good. I was contemplating buying the frosting or cake, to keep me outta the bowl but I couldnt becasue ds wanted a ocean scene panarama with finding nemo buttercream transfers. You can't do buttercream transfers with store bought icing..
    I'm gonna do aweome this week! I can feel it!!

    I only weigh in on Tuesdays..I do feel tempted to go and look at the scale, but I know I shouldnt lol. Im actually goign to be nervous when I do weigh in!
  • 152.8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I weighed myself three times just to make sure. I thought it was a mistake. I have no idea how it happened. Although I have been very busy I haven't techinically worked out in over a week. I have been eating well but I have not been as strict as I usually am. I had set a goal to be in the 140s by Memorial Day and I think I might actually make that goal!

  • 177.2...it's amazing, I haven't really felt like I've been eating to lose, but I keep losing, and not always slowly! I guess it's all just about making new habits, so healthier eating doesn't seem like making sacrifices, just normal.
  • Well, the bad news is I'm up to 209 from 208 last friday, but the good news is I'm down from the 210 that I've been seeing all this week (I weigh every day). I had a little bit of uncontrollable snacking at work this week so today I'm really going to work hard! My mini goal is to see 208 again by monday. I worked out last night at sunset up at the mountain preserve and it was so beautiful! I think that's what I'll be doing again today!
  • Well, I'm up a pound to 145 this week . I'm having a hard time concentrating this week. I'm going to quit smoking tomorrow (which I've tried in the past) but this time it is so important to me to make it. I just don't want to fail again so I have been working out my strategy to cope with the cravings. I'm still going to try to stick to my healthy eating habits and exercise. Hey, maybe I could exercise a little more to keep the stress down . I think that might help with the weight loss too.

    Anyway, wish me luck and congratulations to all you big losers . You should be so proud of yourselves
  • Only NSVs for me this week. A half inch here and there. I have NOT been good with my eating--I'm staying under my maintain calories, but only barely, and obviously not enough.
  • Dropped 2 pounds this week.
    I have lost a total of 22 pounds since Feb-1, the day I started my weight loss regimen.
    I am so happy right now, I am going shopping after work and get myself a new handbag.
  • 166 lb, down 1.5 lb from last week. This is going much faster than I thought -- I think I'm going to have to revisit my summer challenge of 165 by June 21st. :P


    PS: that brings me to 20 lb lost...woo!
