Newbie looking for Abs Diet group
 

I am a new member on 3FC, but I am not new to weight loss. If anyone else is a 30 something using the Abs Diet plan (whole grains, low fat, lean meats, EXERCISE), I'd love to find a group for support. I know for a fact it is so much easier to do this with help than on your own. Anyone?, Anyone? Bueller?

I haven't seen that plan before. Maybe some folks will reply to this--and also, you might consider starting an Abs Diet thread in Diet Central under General Diet Plans, since folks often look there. :D

I've read a lot about the ABS diet and frankly it is so close to the Whole Foods lifestyle--almost identical foods! You should check in on those threads to see if you can get some inspiration.
