Just wanting to get back on track is a good sign. I've found the best way to get and stay motivated is to have someone who holds you accountable. Find someone, either on here or in "the real world", who you tell your weight to each week, or every other week. Having to say the number to someone is scary, but you'll want them to be proud, so it'll be a good motivator.
