i just went back to work and i now have a few backshifts coming up.....how do i count the calories, should they go with the day before or the day that the shift ends ( 11pm-9am) i only plan on sleeping 5 hours on each day?
does that make sense to anyone. im confusing myself asking the question
Thats the beauty of the point system, they start when you want them to. It revolves around your day. So start counting them when you wake up. It will work just as good from 9pm to 2 in the afternoon.
