breakfast was a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and coffee
Lunch will be tuna salad wrapped in a burito wrap??? (you know what i mean)
dinner will be chicken and brocoli and zucini stir fry (yummy)
I also had 3/4 of a chocolate covered donut for a mid-morning snack. (I couldn't tell our sweet record rep no when he brought them in. that would be rude!!!) hehehe.
Oh today's one of those "I want to just cry" days. But I intend to go home and work out my anger with some Tae Bo. It's so weird. I was close to tears because my experiments weren't working out and all I wanted to do was go home and sweat it out. Hm. Haven't felt that way ever. I've always wanted to just eat and sleep when I'm stressed.
B - 1 egg
1 oz gouda cheese
1 cup skim milk
S - 1 cup ff yogurt + 1/4 cup raisins
S - random things that amount to about 500 cals
D - Broccoli spears roasted in garlic. YUM! And probably a little stirfry with couscous.
B-1 c regular oatmeal
S-cup of coffee and cup of green beans (not together) lol
L-turkey sandwich on toasted whole wheat, cup of carrots, 1 whole apple
S-1 ounce of cheddar cheese and an apple
D-4oz salmon filey, baked potato, green beans
