S-popcorn, or nothing, ive really got to cut out the late night eating and make myself use most of my cals in the day
and drink LOTS of water, i havent been drinking much at all, gotta get back on that!

Courtnie, how do you manage to have so much variety in your meal plans? Just curious.

My weekend wasn't terrible, but it definitely wasn't on plan. So I'll chime in too...

B - 1 cup skim milk
*no appetite*

S - 1 cup yogurt + 1/4 cup raisins

Late lunch: Have to go grocery shopping but I'll probably have a wrap with boston lettuce, 1/2 tbsp of salad dressing, 1 oz gouda cheese and a boca spicy chick'n patty.

D - Black bean quesadillas (1 whole tortilla worth, maybe 2)

Don't you guys feel celery is a little bitter or tart or something that makes it distasteful? I can only eat it cooked and mixed in foods like stuffing or soup where the taste isn't all that apparent. Just my 0.02

I don't notice that about celery, but if I eat it plain it's usually dipped in something (laughing cow cheese or peanut butter).

Courtnie, do you buy or make antipasto? What's in it?

I love celery! but with something, like peanut butter, cheese, salsa etc. I also loved a bunch of it fried up with mushrooms, and then have some sort of meat with it! mmm

I buy the anitpasto as costco, its got like olives and other veggies in it with a almost sweet tomato sauce. I will give you a better idea after I eat it today, cant think off the top of my head, haha
