I did take my measurements today. I lost 2" in my bust, 1/2" in each arm, and 1" in my hips. So that was a little encouraging. No loss in the waist yet though, and at a 40" waist I am really wanting that to go bye-bye.
Yes, try to get in more veggies. I adore roasted veggies in a bit of balsamic vinegar.
Also, be sure to take your measurements. Since you have recently become active, you may be becoming more muscular and slimmer. In addition, more fit muscles are better hydrated muscles, so the start of a more active lifestyle can include a bit more water weight in those well hydrated muscles.
I started my healthy lifestyle over two years ago and I'm unsure of when I'll ever be done losing.
However the time has been well spent learning about nutrition and developing healthy habits. So by the time you are finally finished losing, you'll already have a healthy routine in place to keep it off.
