Default Planning for Thursday, March 15

B-an egg and salsa burrito thingy
S-cheese string and crackers
L-Big salad and a turkey sandwich w/ light mayo
S-either fresh strawberries or some homemade hummus and cut up veggies
D-chicken, a potato, some veggies and salad
S-popcorn or a skinny cow ice cream sandwich

Water-3.5L

b - lunch for bfast again.....baked chicken parmesan, 1/2 c rice, broccoli

s - 1/2 bagel, 1 T lite cc

l - yogurt, topped w/ 1 banana, 1 c strawberries, 1/2 c kashi crunch

s - fiber one chewy bar (this is so chocolatey good, and has 9 grams of fiber)

d - I'm thinking 3 oz sirloin, salad

e - 30 min strength
w - 2L

Hopefully I can keep on plan and not binge eat after the grade I got on one my papers.

B: Americano w/ 2tbsp nonfat milk, english muffin w/ .5tbsp butter and grape jelly, cereal w/ nonfat milk
S: Apple
L: Red rice and beans (1c), 2-3 oz chicken breast
S: Grapes, Edamame
D: Grilled chicken/cheese/tomato pita, 1c red rice and beans

E: 1hr yoga
W: 4L

B- two mini bagels with honey; chocolate yogurt
S- coffee with cream and sugar; mini orange; celerly and cheese string
L- tuna with mayo and two tomoato basil rice cakes
S- mini rice cakes w/chocolates and mini orange
D- uh not sure, stir fry maybe?
W- 4-5L
E- already did 35 min

So I dunno if it is fluke, or this new drop in calories and exercise, but the scale was down this morning 1.2 pounds witch is weird for a thursday!

Kinda late, but here goes:
B~protein shake (0% fage yogurt, 1/2 c ff milk, banana)
S~nada--taking the car for an oil change
L~salad (baby spinach & other greens, chicken, 1/2 tsp blue cheese, 1 T dried cranberries, 1 T pecans and TJ's raspberry dressing)
S~apple or a kashi bar
D~non-existent.....may be able to have some cheese and crackers after my meeting.
