Thumbs down Argh, bad diet day.

Today... Not very good for me and my weight loss. I ate...

A bowl of cinnamon Life
a roast beef sandwich from La Bou
a 100 calorie pack of chips ahoy
A 100 calorie pack of hostess carrot cake cupcakes
a 100 calorie pack of popcorn
A bowl of this pesto pasta chicken bake my mom makes
like... 6 pieces of bread
and a slice of pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting.

That's waaay more than I usually eat. Ick. I feel like crap now. I WILL do better tomorrow! I hope...

I really dont know jack about zig zagging though I am contemplating it but what I do know is you fluctuate cals, so tomorrow maybe you could create a deficit by just eatting your normal amount of calories???

Yeah, I was deffinetly planning on returning to my usual eating habits tomorrow... I'm just feeling bleh at the current moment. Too much food for one day!

ninepaw -- I had a bad eating day yesterday too... cookies and chocolate and just too much food... ugh.

So, today, I have planned out my food for the day, plan to go to my yoga class and get back on track.

One day off isn't the problem for any of us, it's when we string together a series of those days.

One thing to do, try to figure out WHY you went off plan and see if you can do anything to avoid that problem in the future!

Good luck -- we can BOTH do this!

Aaaw, thanks guys! The support is amazing. ^^
I think my eating issue yesterday was spurred... Partly by boredom, in all honesty. Which is bad, because boredom eating =/= smart choice. School days are a LOT easier to manage!

Just remember that we didn't we our size by just one day of eating like that! It took 484238043 of them! Forgive and get back onto plan!

Can't wait until you get to ONEderland! I wanna go, too.

I have that problem too.

So, the next step is figuring out how you handle those unstructured days!
