What are you replacing the junk food with? Even the most healthy of food will make you gain if you eat to much of it. I found, in my journey, when I cut junk food, I increased carbs, usually breads, peanut butter etc, anything for that SWEET taste. I started going a bit over with the brown sugar on sweet potatoes etc. Maybe watch that closly for a week, see if its coming from a traditionally healthy choice.
