I put in the 3 mile WATP with the stretchie band. I didn't use the band and only managed to do 2 miles of the tape. Either I was having a really bad exercise day, or it had something to do with my 16 mo. old, nearly 30 pound son, wanting me to hold him the entire time I exercised. Hmmmmmm LOL
Lol, that reminds me of back in the good old days when I used to travel for business a lot. I did an audio tape recording of my workout videos (we didnt HAVE DVD then..lol) to play on my WALKMAN in the hotel room. I'd done them so often I didnt need the visual cues
