Athenac, what is a cereal bar? I'm picturing a salad bar but with breakfast cereal instead. Does such a place exist?

Here's today's plan:
B - Oatmeal with soy milk
S - coffee with splenda and milk, maybe fruit or something
L - brussels sprouts with ham and onion; salad of spinach, strawberries, cucumber, sea salt, lemon pepper, and balsamic vinegar
S - blueberry fiber cake with cream cheese
S - NF yogurt with blackberries and wheat germ
D - Raspberry Chipotle Meatloaf; roasted celeriac, parsnips, and carrots; green salad
S - low cal pudding

Exercise: hopefully with trainer. He sprained his ankle so we had to cancel on Wed, but he's assured me we're on for today...we'll see.

That's exactly what it is. They're pretty popular in college areas. It's kind of set up like a Subway (the restaurant), where you say "I'll a scoop of blah blah and blah blah and a sliced banana" or something like that.
