Default Everyone weigh in 02/22/07

It's time again for the 3FC general weigh in thead. All are welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around! Good luck, all!

Me: 179.5, down half a pound from last week. Finally! I was stuck at 180 all week, but did have the drop last night. But I'm anxious about next week. I really, *really* don't want to be in the 180's anymore. I'm just sick and tired of them. Plus, at 174.5 I reach an important milestone: my BMI goes from the "obese" catagory to the "overweight" one. Man, I can't wait for that to happen!

Mmm.. put on 35 in a whole 2 months (wasn't hardly eating for nine months..) So I started at 223 last week and I've been holding on to 220 this week. Been actually eating AND exercising (a vast improvment for me)!

Glad to hear it Tealeaf! Hopefully be back with you there soon.

looks like another 2 pounds (and possibly 3.5)! I've been weighing in between 153.5 - 155, which is at least 2 lighter than my 157 about two weeks back. Yay!
Current program: 1,800 calories most days of the week; 45-60 minutes of mixed exercises (weights, cardio-kickbox, dance, athletic intervals) 6 days a week
Current goal: 135 pounds by birthday (July 14th) and to run half marathon at end of May.
