Hey everyone - I am new to the site. I just wanted to let out my frustration and hopefully get some support. I've been on my diet for just a little over a week now. It's been really hard, especially through Valentine's Day. I haven't cheated so far but last night I was up half the night with my daughter who was having chills from a fever. Today I am very tired
and am not motivated much at all. Im so hungry right now but I think it's just my emotions. Hoping my attitude changes before this evening. Thanks for listening!
