Courtnie--giving up artificial sweetener for Lent is a great idea. I haven't given up anything for Lent since I was a kid (don't make it to church much these days, either). Oh well, too late for this year

Thursday's plan:
B - Go Lean cereal with soy milk
S - coffee or tea with spenda and milk, maybe carrots and hummus
L - brussels sprounts with ham and onions; salad of spinach, strawberries, cucumbers, sea salt, lemon pepper, and balsamic vinegar
S - blueberry fiber cake with cream cheese
S - NF yogurt with wheat germ and blackberries
D - Raspberry Chipotle Meatloaf; haven't decided on a side yet--could be celery root and parsnip gratin, a sweet potato, or beans of some sort; green salad
S - low cal pudding and mini-meringues
Exercise: various cardio machines with new Ipod Shuffle
(so excited to have music while working out), 15 min abs
