IMHO if it works for you, go for it! I used to use slim-fast when I was at Uni and it worked for a bit, just as a quick lunch.
egg on toast
turkey sandwich, one tiny chocolate egg, apple
GYM - UBWO, forward, backward & shoulder rolls, break-falls and press-ups
jacket potato with cottage cheese, plum
BfL apple and plum pie with fromage frais
Kickboxing - teaching
1 egg, 2 egg whites scrambled with deli turkey on one slice of toast
possibly that ice cream I didn't eat on Saturday
