Corgi, OMG, I am the SAME way. I took Shelby's advice before she gave it, ha ha. Today is my first really good day. It is so pathetic that i cant just jump in with both feet when i am getting back on track but i just cant. I am SO tired and SO addicted to carbs by the time i get back on track that i have to do it a little bit better every day. Today was my first day of actual mindful eating and let me tell you...i feel better with energy but also my self esteem already feels better, i think because i know i am taking food under my control instead of me being in foods control.....how empowering.
