start. I am so tired of being tired. I need your help to motivate me.

Start with one small step and work your way up, something you think you can do -- maybe have a good breakfast tomorrow, something nutritous and filling and work your way from there. I swear one good day makes me feel so much better with more energy. Just make it through your day and it will get easier!!!

Weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint.

Corgi, OMG, I am the SAME way. I took Shelby's advice before she gave it, ha ha. Today is my first really good day. It is so pathetic that i cant just jump in with both feet when i am getting back on track but i just cant. I am SO tired and SO addicted to carbs by the time i get back on track that i have to do it a little bit better every day. Today was my first day of actual mindful eating and let me tell you...i feel better with energy but also my self esteem already feels better, i think because i know i am taking food under my control instead of me being in foods control.....how empowering.
You can do this Corig---If i can, anyone can, little by little.
Stacy - I may not be able to lose 100 pounds, but I can lose 10 pounds 10 times!
