Do weekends count? ha ha
This is a tough day for me, because I'm eating two meals in restaurants. I try not to "skip" meals, but I know the two meals I'm going to be eating will be bigger than if I made stuff at home.
S: banana, coffee w/cream
Brunch: poached egg, vegetable/potato hash, bread, 1/2 salmon
S: 2 sprouted-grain tortillas w/cheese, salsa, avocado
D: TimberLodge fish, steak, vegetables, bread, 1 cocktail
