Brekky
egg on toast
honey on bread

Snack
protein pancakes
apple

GYM - light weights, light cardio

Lunch
turkey on 2 sl bread, apple

Snack
goat's cheese on 1sl bread

possibly porridge too

Kickboxing
Soreen (malt loaf)
Kickboxing

Dinner
probably scrambled eggs - there's not much food in!

B-fruit salad(watermelon,banana,kiwi,orange)
S-???crackers maybe
L-salad, ham sandwich w/ ff cheese slice
S-dunno, dont really have alot of snack food around, prolly a piece of toast with some splenda sweetend jam
D-grilled chicken strips marinated in hot sauce :) on a light tortilla with lettuce & tomato,salsa and sour cream
S-100 cal bag of popcorn
water-3.5 L
Exercize-hopefully it will warm up in the afternoon and i can take the baby for a walk.....does it burn extra calories to push a stroller when walking, or does it burn less...hmm

Good morning Lovely Ladies!

B: 1/3c steel cut oats w. 1/3c egg beaters, splenda, 5 strawberries and blueberries= 200cal

S: 1 med apple, 1 homemade low cal oatmeal cookie=125cal

L: out w. a friend to a great healthy resturant... 1 cup of veggie soup= 100cal, salad w. veggies & light dressing on side= 200cal

S: 1/3c ff cottage cheese w. 2T ff yogurt, 1 oatmeal cookie= 125cal

D: frozen south beach ck & veggie pizza= 320cal (finally got done with my leftover chilli last night)!

S: ff yogurt mixed w. strawberries and coco= 100cal

Wk: 1 hr spin class
