I've been on it for several years. At one of my last dr appts I mentioned that I hadn't had a bone density check for a few years.
I got the results today. There's been improvement! Yippeeee!
Guess that hour every Sat morning is helping after all. I know you can eat or drink after a half hour but my dr said that giving it 1 hour would be a bit better so I've been doing that.
