Ok, this could quite possibly be the dumbest question ever, but please humor me. What in the heck does DH stand for?! I can tell from the context of people's sentances that it obviously is an acronym for their husband, so I'm gonna go ahead and guess that the H stands for husband. But what does the D stand for??? AHHH!@~! It's not that I really NEED to know what it stands for because I can still understand people's posts but the fact that I can't figure it out is driving me absolutely bonkers!!@~! :dizzy: I'm sorry to waste your time with such a frivolous question, but if someone could tell me and ease my restless mind I will love you for all ETERNITY. And that's a promise. ;)

Dear husband .... depending on how things havce been at home lately ... it is hard to figure out :)

I think it's "DH"....Dear Husband.......you'll also see DD.........dear daughter.

Dear husband, danged husband, dead husband if he's really gotten on your nerves today, d...head for those special moments, deaf husband for the hard of hearing, dumb husband for the mute...

ds, dd, dear son, dear daughter
df, db - dear fiance, dear boyfriend

ahhhh so there are many meanings! No wonder I couldn't really figure it out. Thank you all, you are officially goddesses of this world!
