Hi, i know i havenīt been in the board for a few weeks but as you know my grandma is really sick. Thatīs not a excuse to eat like i did and i gained some weight. Now i want to get back on track so i set a summer goal (here is summer) and a long term one. Iīm gonna eat healthy and do more exercice, i hope that this time it work

Hello! I'm sorry to hear that your grandma is sick! I hope that she will be feeling much better very soon! It is VERY easy to overeat when you get stressed out worrying about a family member. Take it easy on yourself, dear, and don't worry about losing weight right now. Focus on just maintaining what you have already lost for now.
